GUADALUPE AVENUE

Lilianna stripped this 1973 home down to its studs to create a cozy modern retreat. With sustainable living in mind, the energy-efficient property boasts newly installed solar panels. The roof, plumbing, and electrical systems also received a complete overhaul. Indoors, Lilianna reconfigured the floor plan to create an inviting open living space that delivers maximum flow and function. The thoughtfully designed kitchen includes custom oak cabinetry adorned with honed Caesarstone countertops and backsplash for a seamless, clean feel. Airy bathrooms feature custom vanities, Caesarstone slab sinks, and white Venetian plaster walls. The attention to detail continues in the home’s bedrooms. The principal bedroom includes distinguished white oak-slat paneling, while all contain custom closets and pool access. Curated furnishings and ceramic tile floors with concrete finish throughout complete the interior’s warm, earthy aesthetic. New windows and sliders flow into a tranquil outdoor living area. Lilianna transformed the barren yard, installing a luxurious pool and spa at its center, meticulous landscaping, a fire pit, and ample seating areas to lounge or gather.
